Procedure (charge to insurer) –

Complete the form below.  Include any additional information that may help speed up approval by your insurer, and let us know how many 3m³ TowBin skips you’ll need.

We file approval requests with insurers immediately, however approval can take up to 3 working days.

When we hear back from your insurer, we’ll send confirmation to your email and mobile.

Follow the easy online booking steps on our website.  Instead of paying at checkout, you’ll enter your insurance claim number in the provided field.

Procedure (reimbursement claim) –

Follow the easy online booking steps on our website and pop ‘insurance claim’ in the notes.

We accept payment by Visa/Mastercard, POLi and Online EFTPOS.

Our driver will observe the contents while tipping out your TowBin and confirm the presence of insured event material (flood/fire damaged items).

We’ll email you a PDF statement confirming that your skip bin contained flood/fire damaged material.  You can then provide this to your insurer along with your payment receipt.
